R&K was awarded a prime contract to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's (AFLCMC) Command and Control Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) Division's Olympus program. As part of Olympus, R&K will be supporting site functions to maintain our customer’s capabilities for the Global Network Systems (GNS). In addition to GNS support, R&K will be providing highly-specialized subject matter expertise and operational support in the field of ISR data transport used in a unique architecture to support global High Altitude ISR, and operational missions. These services directly support various organizations through ISR subject matter expertise related to platform, sensor, and communications infrastructure.
AFLCMC’s C2ISR Division’s mission is to provide support to all weapons systems in its portfolio, as well as it's stakeholders. ISR functions are principal elements of the United States' defense capabilities and includes a wide variety of systems for collecting, processing and disseminating intelligence needed by national security decision makers and military commanders.
R&K was awarded a prime contract to provide general intelligence tools system support for the Air Education Training Command (AETC). R&K will be providing functional system administrator support for the 315th (315 TRS) and 313th (313 TRS) Training Squadrons, as part of the larger 17th Training Group’s mission at Goodfellow AFB, TX.
R&K will be providing the 315 TRS and 313 TRS with functional system administrators to support varying intelligence programs, applications, and operations for technical, advanced, and supplemental training. More specifically, R&K will support the 315 TRS with executing seven Air Force Specialty Code-awarding pipeline courses, and the 313 TRS with executing 15 advanced and supplemental courses in support of AETC’s mission.
The 315 TRS and 313 TRS mission is to maximize student throughput by optimizing resources – personnel, facilities, and equipment – through the assessment of boundary access, prioritization, and conditions. The 313 TRS has 61 staff members and trains over 200 students daily in 18 diverse, advanced courses to graduate approximately 5,000 ISR Airmen per year. The Nighthawks’ mission is to develop and execute advanced training for analysis, targeting, ISR operations, cyber operations, and Distributed Common Ground System missions. In addition, the 313 TRS oversees international intelligence training in coordination with the Air Force Security Assistance Squadron. The Nighthawks manage facilities worth $19M while administering a $493,000 annual budget to provide world-class training to US and international partners. The 313 TRS advanced intelligence courses turn ISR professionals into ISR experts. The 315 Training Squadron has over 220 permanent party members training more than 3,300 students annually for global intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions including Air Force officer and enlisted students, as well as, civilian and joint service students. The squadron is responsible for 250,000 square feet of secure facilities, advanced modeling and simulation, and ISR systems-of-record in excess of $24M.
R&K was awarded a prime contract to provide Air Operations Center (AOC) Command and Control Weapons System Part Task Trainer (C2WSPTT) Training Support for the Air Combat Command’s 505th Command and Control Wing at the United States Air Force Warfare Center. R&K will be providing project management and subject matter expertise support to the AOC C2WSPTT Training Support Program.
R&K will be supporting the U.S Air Force Warfare Center by providing innovative techniques and expertise to develop customer specific air, space, and cyber “fly out” replication and scenario development in support of training and exercises. The primary training and exercise audience is intra and inter divisional-level training for the 5 AOC Divisions (Combat Operations, Combat Plans, Strategy, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division and Air Mobility Division).
R&K will also be supporting integration of Full Motion Video (FMV) for operations of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) systems directly sustaining AOC training. In addition, we will be responsible for replicating FMV from Predator, Hunter, Pioneer and Shadow RPAs and using Digital Terrain Elevation Data down to sub-meter imagery. R&K’s support of C2WSPTT will enable the 505th to replicate capabilities of these systems, to include striker abilities for combat mission training/preparation, to provide the most realistic training and exercise environment possible for our warfighters.
R&K has been awarded a Prime Contract under OASIS Small Business Pool 1 to provide Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program Support for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Office of Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (OSHE). The OSH Program provides policy, guidance, conformance assurance for its Headquarters and field operations and is managed through the Safety Information System.
The OSH Program mission is to provide oversight, technical support, and assistance to managers and supervisors in carrying out their responsibility of providing a safe and healthful work environment for all TSA employees at Headquarters and all filed organizations. R&K will be providing technical expertise for TSA Headquarters and field organizations dispersed throughout the nation in support of the national TSA OSH Program. R&K’s technical support will include policy and guidance; training development, delivery, and evaluation; communication and outreach; technical assistance, inspection, and abatement strategies; program evaluation; and committee support.
R&K awarded Prime Contract to provide Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) program support to the Air Force Special Operations Command. R&K will be supporting AFSOC by providing Geospatial Intelligence and Imagery Intelligence Analysis to on-going and future operations executed in Declared Theaters of Active Armed Conflict (DTAAC) and Outside Declared Theaters of Active Armed Conflict (ODTAAC).
The purpose of this support is to contribute to the actionable intelligence capability using personnel within the functional spectrum of Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT). This support directly contributes to the USSOCOM and AFSOC capability to meet known and emergent mission requirements and operations assigned by the Secretary of Defense.
R&K awarded Prime Contract to provide Airspace, Ranges, and Airfield Operations Division (A3A); Resources and Budget Division (A3R); International Affairs Security Cooperation (IAS) support to Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC), Operations Directorate (A3)/International Affairs (IA). R&K will be supporting the HQ ACC Airspace, Ranges, and Airfield Operations Division providing technical, logistical, and operational support to ACC airfields, special use airspace, and ranges.
Further, we will be providing the Resources and Budget Division with financial support; fiscal guidance; professional development; civilian manpower; and planning, programming, budgeting, and execution for the Operations Directorate. In addition, we will play a role in International Affairs Security Cooperation by supporting Foreign Military Sales to include foreign military participation in U.S.-hosted exercises.
R&K has been awarded a Prime Contract under OASIS Small Business Pool 1 to provide advanced Economic Analysis Support for the Department of Transportation (DoT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Office of Transportation Policy Studies (HPTS). R&K will be providing advanced economic analysis support for the Office of Transportation Policy Studies ongoing research of the cost, benefits and performance of our Nation’s transportation infrastructure, funding and financing, and consumer travel choices.
Further, R&K will be analyzing the cost effectiveness of FHWA regulations and policies, and benefit-cost analysis in transportation models. Advanced economic analysis and applications are critical to carry out the FHWA economic analysis, assess the cost-effectiveness of FHWA regulations and policies, review cost or benefit related proposals within the individual offices, and provide policy analysis and insights to the Office of the Administrator and FHWA leadership teams.
R&K has been awarded a Prime Contract under OASIS Small Business Pool 1 to provide Regulatory and Economic Analysis Support for the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS), Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Policy, Plans, and Engagement’s (PPE) Coordination and Analysis’s (CAD) Economics Analysis Branch (EAB).
R&K will provide management and support of the rulemaking program for TSA throughout the process cycle. This includes providing research and analysis; regulatory support; public comment support; technical writing; economic analysis; database development and management; surveys; and project management, which are necessary to support the TSA's rulemaking agenda.
R&K will also provide multidisciplinary services to assist in supporting TSA’s economic and analytical requirements. This includes economic modeling, developing and maintaining large databases, utilizing BI software, and conducting scientific surveys. TSA’s EAB provides analytical support that evaluates the impact, cost, benefit, and other regulatory and economic analysis methodologies necessary to assess the effect of rulemakings, policies, and other governmental actions. EAB supports these endeavors through analysis and development of implementation strategies and takes a leading role in TSA’s rulemaking process by managing and supporting the entire rulemaking process cycle for PPE.
R&K has been awarded a Prime Contract under OASIS Small Business, Pool 1 to provide exercise support for the 57th Operations Group, 549 Combat Training Squadron and the 24th Tactical Air Support Squadron. R&K continues our support of the Green Flag Support Element (GFSE) of the 57th Operations Group (57 OG) supporting Exercise Green Flag, providing flying operations support to the 549 Combat Training Squadron, and the 24th Tactical Air Support Squadron (24 TASS). The 57 OG mission is to educate, exercise, and advocate integration of airpower into the joint fight and support the preparation of Joint and Coalition warfighters.
Exercise Green Flag provides a training venue to joint U.S. and coalition aircrew, air liaison officers, joint terminal attack controllers, battle management personnel and weapons system operators in the planning and execution of joint air-ground operations in counter-land operations. The 24 TASS trains Joint Terminal Attack Controllers and Forward Air Controllers-Airborne while integrating the Close Air Support team and educating the joint force.
R&K has been awarded a Prime Contract under OASIS Small Business, Pool 1 to provide Environmental Support Services for the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Office of Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (OSHE). R&K will provide program management and environmental technical expertise to TSA Headquarters and field locations nationwide to support the Environmental Management Program.
Our support will include program development and implementation, inspections, compliance and conformance auditing, recordkeeping, mishap and incident investigations, environmental planning, reporting, training development and instructional assistance, policy development and implementation, program management evaluations and TSA Environmental Management System (EMS) Portal maintenance. TSA’s primary mission is to protect the security of the Nation’s transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce.
An important part of this mission is to protect communities and the natural environment affected by our transportation security activities. To effectively execute TSA’s mission and comply with Executive Order 13834, Efficient Federal Operations, OSHE established an EMS at 67 TSA facilities and operations. The remaining approximately 370 TSA facilities and operations operate outside the conformance requirements of the EMS but are subject to all other environmental compliance requirements.
R&K has been awarded a Prime Contract under OASIS Small Business, Pool 1 to provide Patient Safety Program support to the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA). The Air Force Patient Safety Program (PSP) is dedicated to providing safe, effective, evidence-based healthcare to our beneficiaries. It seeks to develop a healthcare organization where proactive risk identification, data-driven assessment, and reliable processes are the foundation for safe care.
R&K will support PSP staff with engaging in proactive risk assessment, risk mitigation, and process improvement. When critical events do occur, R&K will support PSP staff with analyzing events, identifying root causes and contributing factors, and developing corrective action plans that include provision for ongoing compliance monitoring. Our personnel follow prescribed processes for responding to Sentinel Events, DoD Reportable Events, and use literature-proven strategies to reduce events and improve care.
PSP, in collaboration with other activities including Performance Improvement Office and Risk Management Office, promotes a culture of safety in which errors are proactively identified and reported freely without retribution.
R&K has been awarded a Prime Contract under OASIS Small Business, Pool 1 to provide Data Quality and Information Management Service support to the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA). Under the contract, R&K will be responsible for supporting the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS), Data Quality (DQ) Program Office with providing direct DQ support to Air Force (AF) Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Major Commands (MAJCOMs), leadership and indirect support to the Office of the Air Force Surgeon General. DQ is vital to ensure information captured in our AFMS information systems is complete, accurate and timely.
